Glen Daniel – Summers County pounded out 10 hits, rolling to an 11-0 win over Liberty Wednesday in Glen Daniel.
Brandan Isaac collected four more hits in the win, driving in three runs. Ryan Oliveros also drove in three runs.
Ben Lane and Isaac combined to toss a two-hitter on the mound.
James Monroe 6, Midland Trail 1
Hico – James Monroe’s pitching staff led the charge Wednesday as the three Mavericks combined to pitch a one-hitter to collect a 6-1 victory over Midland Trail in Hico.
Hudson Boggess and Kaden Lowe collected two hits each in the win while Cooper Ridgeway drove in a pair of runs.
Thad Brown collected Trail’s lone hit of the game.
Shady Spring 4, Oak Hill 2
Shady Spring – Shady Spring held off a late Oak Hill rally Wednesday to secure a 4-2 victory over the Red Devils in Shady.
Carter Pack led the Tigers with two hits while Mookie Cox pitched six innings of shutout ball.
Owen Rose led the Red Devils with two hits and an Rbi in the loss.
