Wyoming East 79, Liberty 59

New Richmond – Garrett Mitchell broke Austin Canada’s program scoring record with 39 points, helping Wyoming East secure a 79-59 win over Liberty on senior night.

Cole Lambert added 21 points in the win for the Warriors.

Jalen Cook led Liberty with 20 points while Zach Bowman scored 16.

Meadow Bridge -Montcalm placed four in double figures, earning a 61-54 victory at Meadow Bridge Tuesday.

Noah White led the charge with 19 points while Kobie Neal netted 16.

Meadow Bridge’s Brycen Sawyers led all scorers with 29 points in the loss.

Fairlea – Greenbrier East avenged an earlier loss with a 68-49 victory of sectional foe Oak Hill Tuesday in Fairlea.

Goose Gabbert led the barrage for East with 15 points while Adam Seams and Monquelle Davis were good for 12 each.

Malachi Lewis scored 14 for Oak Hill while Cole Nelson and and Trevor Kelly pitched in 12 each.

With the win East move to 4-1 in sectional play, needing a win over Princeton to cement the No. 1 seed int sectionals.

Landon Carmican led Victory Baptist with 23 points in the win while Ethan Hunt netted 16.

Gardner – Princeton used the middle tow quarter to create distance, picking up a 59-46 win at PikeView Tuesday.

Kris Joyce led the Tiger effort with 14 while Grant Cochran and Chase Hancock netted 10 each.

Brett Samosky led the Panthers with 13 in the loss.
