Kris Lin scored 20 for Teays Valley, while Richard Fu added 17 and Maki Cary had 12.
Kendrick Wilson led the Crusaders with 30 points, while back-court running mate Kaden Smallwood had 21. Smallwood also went over 1,000 points for his career Thursday.
