Hico – Eli Campbell scored a game-high 22 points to lead Midland Trail past Nicholas County 61-52 Tuesday in overtime.
Justin Cooper added 11 for the Patriots (13-2) and Payton Bailes had 10. Campbell and Bailes had five points each in the extra period.
Cole Brown paced the Grizzlies (6-10) with 15 points and Isaiah Miner scored 13.
