Eli Campbell led five Trail players in double figures with 20 points and Jaden Gladwell scored 15. Justin Cooper had 14 points, while Payton Bailes and Thad Brown had 10 points each.
Logan Mink paced Indy with 15 points and Ashton Arthur added 14 points.
