Beckley kicker Vince Umberger hit a 24-yard field goal for the three-point lead at the break prior to Washington pulling even in the fourth quarter on an 18-yard boot from Josh Smith.
Connor Ray led the Flying Eagles with 93 yards on seven carries, but the big story of the night was the bend-don’t-break Beckley defense.
