Hinton – Drake Cole and Duke Dodson each rushed for over 100 yards as Summers County picked up its second win of the season in a 46-0 win over Richwood Friday in Hinton.
Cole had a career-high 249 yards rushing on 19 carries, scoring two times. Dodson added 156 yards on 11 carries with two scores as well as a 22-yard catch.
Converted offensive lineman Julien “Shug” Keaton carried the ball three time for the Bobcats, scoring on two of them while Coen McClaugherty added a score as well.
Summers improves to 2-7 and will close the season out Friday when it travel to James Monroe.
