PIPESTEM, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Summers County Sheriff’s Department says a suspect has been identified in a recent destruction of property case in Pipestem.
Sheriff Justin Faris announced that warrants for the suspect’s arrest are forthcoming, crediting a community tip for the breakthrough in the investigation.

Deputies responded to a complaint on True Road after damage was reported to a “blessing box” in the area.
The individual who built the box has offered a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to the successful prosecution of those responsible.
Investigators have collected several pieces of evidence from the scene as the case moves forward.
