Greenbrier West 8, Beckley 0 (5 innings)
Crawley – Freshman Brilee Redden fired a one-hit shutout with 12 strikeouts, while Emma Ames had a double and drove in three runs to lead Greenbrier West past Beckley 8-0 in five innings.
Desteney Walker had a triple and an RBI for the Cavaliers who remained undefeated in six games this season. Hannah Sweet added a pair of hits and drove in one run.
Greenbrier West hosts Nicholas County Wednesday and Beckley travels to Independence Tuesday.
Independence 8, Midland Trail 0 (5 innings)
Delaney Buckland fanned 13 batters across five innings in a three-hit shutout, leading Independence past Midland Trail 8-0.
The Coal City Patriots plated seven runners in the opening frame to take control of the game.
Buckland, Ali Hypes, Avorie Varney and Harmony Mills all had one RBI each.
Madison Campbell had two hits the Trail which travels to Richwood Thursday.
Greenbrier East 16, PikeView 0
Gardner – Lilly Carola pitched three no-hit innings as Greenbrier East notched a 16-0 win in three innings at PikeView Monday.
Allyson Martin blasted a pinch-hit home run for the Spartans while Taylor Boswell drove in four runs in the win.
Lindsay Black led East with three hits in the win.
Shady Spring 16, Princeton 6
Shady Spring – Shady Spring scored eight runs combined in the fifth and sixth innings to earn a 16-6 win over Princeton Monday in Shady Spring.
Avary Bragg blasted a home run and drove in five runs in the win while Alexa Quesenberry led the Tigers with three hits to go along with three RBI. Millie Lawson drove in three runs as well.
Abigail Jenkins led Princeton with a double and an RBI in the loss.
