Myrtle Beach – Independence dropped a pair of games in Myrtle Beach Wednesday, falling 2-1 in extra innings two Chesterfield, S.C. and 10-0 to Hartford, N.Y.
Delaney Buckland struck out 15 in the eight-inning loss to Chesterfield while Kendall Martin drove in the only runs for the Patriots.

Charleston – Aubrey Smallwood gained 19 batters Wednesday as Beckley picked up a 5-1 win over Capital in Charleston.
Smallwood also produced a pair of hits and drove in a pair of runs in the win.
Natalia Meade smacked a tripe and drove in a pair of runs as well for the Flying Eagles.

Hurley, Va. – Phoebe Dudgeon hurled a no-hitter Wednesday as Mount View secured a 22-3 win at Hurley.
Dudgeon struck out 14 batters in the win, aiding her own cause with a home run and two RBIs. Shiann Carter led the Golden Knights at the plate with four RBIs.
