(LOOTPRESS) – fThe wait is almost over for fall flavor fans — Starbucks has announced that its beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte will return to menus nationwide on Tuesday, August 26.
The signature drink, known by loyal fans as the “PSL,” will return just ahead of the official start of fall on September 22. Starbucks confirmed the seasonal favorite will once again feature its classic recipe: espresso, steamed milk, Pumpkin Spice Syrup, real pumpkin, whipped cream, and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice.
Originally introduced in 2003 in select cities including Washington, D.C. and Vancouver, the PSL quickly became a seasonal staple and rolled out nationwide in 2004.
In addition to the original latte, several other pumpkin-inspired beverages will return, including the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte.
Starbucks is also debuting two new menu items this season:
-
Pecan Oatmilk Cortado – A new dairy-free twist on a bold espresso favorite.
-
Italian Sausage Egg Bites – A protein-packed breakfast option joining the company’s growing lineup of hot food.
Pumpkin season is officially brewing — and for many Starbucks lovers, August 26 can’t come soon enough.
