RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A coordinated effort between the Raleigh County and Summers County Sheriff’s Offices led to the safe recovery of a kidnapped juvenile and the arrest of two suspects on May 23, 2025.
According to Raleigh County Sheriff Frank Priddy, deputies were alerted to a “Be On the Lookout” (B.O.L.O.) for a vehicle linked to a kidnapping investigation originating in Summers County.

The stop resulted in the arrest of Lisa Pack, who was wanted on a kidnapping warrant, and Shawn Dean, who was also taken into custody on a warrant obtained by the Summers County Sheriff’s Office.
Both individuals are connected to the juvenile involved in the case.
Authorities confirmed the child, a relative of the suspects, was safely recovered during the traffic stop and has since been reunited with her biological father.
Sheriff Priddy, along with Chief Deputy Frankie Shelton, praised the deputies for their quick thinking, vigilance, and effective teamwork.
The investigation remains ongoing and is being led by the Summers County Sheriff’s Office.
