BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Raleigh County Grand Jury has returned a series of indictments for the May 2025 term, with arraignments scheduled throughout June before several circuit court judges.
Those indicted must appear at the Raleigh County Judicial Annex, located at 222 Main Street in Beckley, on their designated court dates. Individuals are expected to appear with legal counsel for their formal arraignment proceedings.
The schedule for arraignments is as follows:

June 18 at 9:00 a.m. – Judge Darl W. Poling

June 23 at 9:00 a.m. – Judge Andrew G. Dimlich

June 24 at 9:30 a.m. – Judge Michael E. Froble

June 25 at 9:30 a.m. – Judge Michael E. Froble (hearing arraignments for Judge Todd Kirby)
