BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The West Virginia State Police have arrested a Raleigh County man on multiple sexual abuse charges.
According to Corporal C.A. Dunn of the West Virginia State Police, an investigation was set into motion last month with regard to the sexual assault of two underage females.
The results of this investigation led to the arrest of David Stollings by Corporal Dunn on October 2, 2024.
Stollings was arrested on six sex crime charges. These include two counts of First Degree Sexual Assault, two counts of First Degree Sexual Abuse, and two counts of Sexual Abuse by Parent, Guardian or Custodian.
Bond for Stollings was set at $200,000 and he currently remains at Southern Regional Jail where he will await further legal proceedings.
