RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Raleigh County man has been arrested following an investigation on North Sand Branch Road, according to the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they were at a residence in Bradley on August 11, 2025, as part of an ongoing investigation when they made contact with Richard Segars.

During the course of the investigation, Segars was arrested for being a prohibited possessor of a firearm.
Sheriff Frank Priddy and Chief Deputy Frankie Shelton thanked deputies for their continued efforts in the case.
Authorities reminded the public that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
