RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after he filmed himself having sex with a minor.
According to WV State Police, a parent saw a Facebook message sent to his child of Evan Cox, 28, of Lester, having sex with an underage child. Â Police tried locating Cox on several occasions but were unsuccessful. Â Cox eventually called and agreed to meet the trooper about the incident, which he told police that he did have sex with the minor.
The minor in the video informed police that they were her and were taken a month before her 18th birthday.
Cox is charged with two counts of distribution and exhibiting material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Â He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 100,000 dollar bond.
