RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office has charged a local man following an investigation into a sexual assault incident involving a minor.
According to Sheriff Frank Priddy, the Detective Bureau conducted an investigation from July 1 through August 16, 2025.

As a result, Donald Michael Barclay has been charged with three counts of third-degree sexual assault and three counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
He is currently at Southern Regional Jail on a $800,000 cash-only bond.
Sheriff Priddy and Chief Deputy Frankie Shelton praised the Detective Bureau for their thorough work on the case.
Authorities remind the public that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
