BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man faces charges after attacking a man who was closing the COMAC store.
According to Beckley Police, on December 7, 2021, the victim stated that a male and two females were inside the store gambling on the slot machines. The victim told them the store was closing and it was time to leave. All three began to argue and refused to leave. As the three were going, Thadias Ball began to strike the victim in the head, causing him to fall and gash his head on the sidewalk. All three victims fled, and the victim had to be treated at the hospital.
Thadias Ball is charged with unlawful wounding. He is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 15,000 dollar bond.
