RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) — Raleigh County Parks & Recreation has announced an upgrade to the phone system at Lake Stephens aimed at improving communication and service to the public.
Effective immediately, the new and only phone number for the Lake Stephens location is (304) 934-5323. All other phone numbers previously in use for the site will be disconnected and deactivated by the end of the month.
The updated system offers improved call quality and streamlined routing, making it easier for residents and visitors to reach staff for information, facility reservations, and details about events or amenities.
“This upgrade allows us to stay connected with our community more reliably,” said Molly Williams, Director of Raleigh County Parks & Recreation. “Lake Stephens continues to be a cornerstone for outdoor fun and family memories, and this change helps us serve the public even better.”
Residents are encouraged to save the new number and use it for all Lake Stephens-related inquiries. Raleigh County Parks & Recreation looks forward to keeping the public informed and engaged through the enhanced system.
