SMITHERS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is in jail after trying to break into the Tudors Biscuit World.
According to Smithers Police, on May 30, 2021, the manager of Tudors Biscuit World was going in to open the business at around 5:45 am and saw Tyler Schoolcraft trying to pry open the door on the back of the building beside the drive-thru. Â When the suspect saw the manager, he put the object he was trying to open the door with into his pocket.
An employee of Tudors pulled in the back parking lot, and the suspect left the property.
Schoolcraft didn’t have time to enter the business due to the manager coming into work.
Schoolcraft is charged with breaking and entering and an attempt to comment a crime. Â He is currently in Southern Regional Jail.
The suspect, Tyler Schoolcraft, has been charged with many charges over the last two years that include two counts of domestic assault, capias, trespassing, domestic battery, malicious wounding, violations of a protective order, battery on an officer, obstructing, battery on health care worker, assault on health care worker, assault on an officer, attempt to disarm, attempted escape, fingerprint refusal, and prostitution.
