Princeton 4, Beckley 1
With both teams facing elimination, Princeton scored three runs in the seventh inning to stun Beckley, 4-1, in Class AA Region 3, Section 2 play.
The Tigers will now play Greenbrier East Friday at 6:30 p.m. The Spartans will take home the title with a win, Princeton will need to beat East two times for the crown.
Riley Riggs doubled home the first two runs in the decisive inning before Abigail Jenkins singled home Riggs for the three-run lead.
Emma Johnson collected the win in the circle allowing just two hits and fanning 11 Flying Eagles.
Natalia Meade and Kacie Fraley each had a hit for Beckley.
