MOUNDSVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A coordinated law enforcement operation in Moundsville led to the arrest of seven people and the seizure of multiple types of illegal drugs, officials announced this week.
On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, officers executed two simultaneous search warrants on Diamond Street, uncovering distribution quantities of crystal methamphetamine and fentanyl, along with a substantial amount of U.S. currency.

Those arrested during the operation were identified as Jacob White, Robert Price, Zachary Henry, Kendra Gonchoff, Charles Boggs, Cathy Counts, and Coby Harmon.
Marshall County Sheriff Mike Dougherty commended the teamwork between agencies that made the operation possible.
“This operation highlights the strength of our partnerships within the Marshall County Drug Task Force, the Moundsville Police Department, and the West Virginia State Police,” he said.
“Together, we can tackle the serious issue of drug distribution and work towards making our community safer.”
