NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man faces charges after doing crazy dance moves, speaking in different languages, and jumping on his mother, threatening to kill her over a lighter.
According to authorities, Nicholas County Deputies and State Police responded to an apartment about a domestic call. When they arrived, the suspect’s mother told police that her son, Richard Skinner III, was outside of their apartment doing crazy dance moves and speaking in different languages.
She tried to calm her son down and get him inside the apartment. Once she got him inside, Skinner accused her of having his lighter, which the victim disagreed with. Skinner then took the lighter out of her hand, jumped on her, and said he would kill her.
Skinner is charged with a second offense of domestic assault and domestic battery. He is currently in Central Regional Jail under a 3,500 dollar bond.
