LINCOLN COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A son is behind bars after he started striking his mother in the face and threatening to kill her.
Upon arrival at the specified location in Lincoln County on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at around midnight, Tpr. C.T. Daniels responded to a call from Lincoln County 911 regarding a domestic incident at 47 Trussle Road in Sod, WV.
Once on the scene, State Police encountered the female victim, who reported that she had been involved in a verbal altercation with her son, Darrell Crowder, who is now identified as the accused.
The victim stated that the argument escalated to physical violence, with the accused striking her and making threats against her life.
She further informed police that the accused had fled before law enforcement arrived. Crowder is facing charges of Domestic Battery and Domestic Assault, Â as per the officer’s investigation.
The incident of the son striking his mother took place in Lincoln County, West Virginia.
