RACINE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A military recovery vehicle caused a temporary road closure early Thursday morning after getting stuck on Drawdy Mountain.
According to the Racine Volunteer Fire Department, the vehicle was identified as an M88 Armored Recovery Vehicle.
The incident required Racine and Danville fire departments to divert traffic through Ridgeview and Camp Creek roads.
As of 5:30 a.m., the road has reopened.
Authorities advised drivers to remain cautious in the area.
