At the time of writing on Tuesday evening, the following counties have announced closures or delayed schedules for Wednesday, February 1, 2023:

Braxton County – 2 Hour Delay
Cabell County – 2 Hour Delay
Clay County – 2 Hour Delay
Fayette County – Closed
Grant County – 2 Hour Delay
Greenbrier County – Closed
Hampshire County – 2 Hour Delay
Hardy County – 2 Hour Delay
Jefferson County – 2 Hour Delay
Lincoln County – Closed
Logan County – Closed
McDowell County – 3 Hour Delay
Mingo County – 2 Hour Delay
Mercer County – Closed
Monroe County – 2 Hour Delay

WEST VIRGINIA (LOOTPRESS) – Schools throughout the Mountain State are already beginning to announce 2-Hour Delay operations for Wednesday due to predictions of inclement weather.
At the time of writing on Tuesday evening the following counties have announced that students will operate on a 2-Hour Delay schedule for Wednesday, February 1, 2023:
Boone County – 2 Hour Delay
Fayette County – 2 Hour Delay
Hardy County – 2 Hour Delay
Mingo County – 2 Hour Delay
Mercer County – 2 Hour Delay
Pendleton County – 2 Hour Delay
Summers County – 2 Hour Delay
These announcements follow a slew of closings to occur on Tuesday, with some areas affected by schedule changes having be relatively unaffected by the disagreeable weather which had initially been predicted.
