OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two men are facing narcotics allegations in Fayette County.
According to Sheriff Mike Fridley, a Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction in Oak Hill last night. An odor of marijuana was detected, and subsequently, a search was conducted.
Located in the vehicle were 2 pounds of marijuana and $4,000 in cash. Terrance Bell Jr of Macomb, Michigan, and Trey Davis of Colton, California, were arrested for Possession With Intent to Deliver Narcotics and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.
Davis was also charged with Bribery after he made an offer to the Deputy to take the cash found in return for forgetting about the traffic stop and letting him go.
They will now await court proceedings.
