BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The LOOTPRESS Pet of the Week is Dottie!
Dottie is a 13-year-old rescue who is always ready to take on anything. Part dachshund and part chihuahua, this lovable pup is a big fan of cuddles!Â
We would like to thank everyone who made submissions this week, and are excited to congratulate Onyx, the LOOTPRESS Pet of the Week in association with the Humane Society of Raleigh County!
While we certainly wish we could shine a spotlight on each and every pet for which we receive a submission, submissions and resubmissions are always welcome and encouraged, and can be made through this brief form.
The Humane Society of Raleigh County will be participating in a Fish Fry Fundraiser on July 29, 2023, at the Mad Hatter Club.
The event, hosted by the Mad Hatter Club and sponsored by Tito’s Handmade Vodka, will take place at 3:00pm and will feature a raffle and giveaways, as well as live entertainment from Danley Band Music.
Fish dinners can be purchased for $15, salmon cakes and cocktail shrimp will be available for purchase as well. The dinner will include cod, fries, slaw, and hush puppies.
Tito’s Vodka & Budweiser specials will be available, and guests must be 21 years of age for entry to the event. The Danley Band will hit the stage at 5:00pm. The Mad Hatter Club is located at 410 Second Street in Beckley, WV.
