CLARKSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Three individuals have pleaded guilty to their involvement in a drug trafficking organization that distributed significant quantities of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine throughout North Central West Virginia.
The defendants and their charges include:
- James People, II, 28, of Pennsauken, New Jersey, who pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
- Jeffrey Marsh, 45, of Morgantown, West Virginia, who pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.
- William Durnall, 60, of Elkins, West Virginia, who pleaded guilty to the distribution of methamphetamine. Durnall also admitted to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in a separate case.
Court documents reveal the three men were part of a large-scale drug trafficking organization operating in the region.
