BOONE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Three were arrested and charged with abuse and neglect of an incapacitated person resulting in injury.
Following a month-long investigation into the abuse and neglect of the victim, Denham Johnson, Corporal K. D. Harper filed criminal charges on three suspects.
Marilynn Eastes Johnson 73 of Madison, WV, Pamela Sue Johnson, 56 of Madison, WV, and Daniel Lee Johnson, 39 of Madison, WV, were charged with Abuse and Neglect of an Incapacitated Person Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.
On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, all three suspects were arrested and arraigned in Boone County Magistrate Court.
The status of this investigation is active and ongoing.
