PANTHER, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Three suspects have been taken into custody in relation to a breaking & entering incident which occurred at a McDowell County establishment over the weekend.
According to the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 11:32pm on Saturday, October 29, 2023, members of the MCSO responded to the location of Newberry’s Food and Fuel with regard to a breaking & entering complaint.
An investigation was conducted upon the deputies’ arrival at approximately 11:47pm once it was determined that the establishment had indeed been burglarized.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of three individuals in connection to the incident: Dylan White, Carl Jones, and Troy Dulaney, each of whom face charges of Felony Destruction of Property and Felony Conspiracy.
Troy Dulaney and Dylan White were arraigned by Magistrate Mitchell and had bonds set at $36,000 cash, while Carl Jones was arraigned by Magistrate VanDyke with bond set at $36,000 cash. All three individuals were transported to South Western Regional Jail.
