KISTLER, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A fugitive wanted on multiple drug-related charges in West Virginia and Ohio was arrested Thursday, January 16, in Logan County.
Deputy TC Johnson of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the U.S. Marshals CUFFED Task Force, located and apprehended Eugene “Murder Muncho” Summerville at the Caserta Apartments in Kistler.
The arrest followed a lead from the U.S. 119 Drug Task Force.
Summerville was taken into custody without incident.
He was wanted in Logan County for possession with intent to deliver and in Gallia County, Ohio, on charges including possession and trafficking of cocaine and fentanyl-related compounds, tampering with evidence, and identity fraud.
Summerville is being held without bond at Southwestern Regional Jail per an order from the Gallia County Circuit Court.
