HINTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Thursday evening water main break has resulted in a street closure and loss of service for some in Hinton.
According to Summers County 911, a water main break has occurred near the intersection of James and Second Avenue in Hinton.

Hinton Police will be closing Second Avenue between James and Ballengee until the water company can make repairs.
The area immediately near this location on Second Avenue will not have water until repairs are made.
