BREEDEN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Mingo County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Jeff Marcum of Breeden on multiple felony charges following a recent investigation.
According to authorities, Marcum was taken into custody on June 28, 2025, by Cpl. Williams, Deputy Sipple, and Deputy May, with assistance from the West Virginia State Police.
Marcum faces seven counts of felon in possession of a firearm, one count of possession with intent to deliver, and one count of receiving and transferring stolen property.
He is currently at Southwestern Regional Jail.
The Mingo County Sheriff’s Office reminds the public that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
