HUNTINGTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Huntington man has pleaded guilty to distributing fentanyl following a drug transaction that took place in October 2024, federal authorities announced Monday.
Robert Curtis Denham, also known as “Reala Deala” and “RD,” 36, admitted in court to selling fentanyl to a confidential informant at a Huntington apartment on October 30, 2024.

According to court documents, Denham also acknowledged arranging the transaction in advance and accepted responsibility for additional quantities of fentanyl as part of his criminal conduct.
Denham is scheduled to be sentenced on October 20, 2025. He faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, at least three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $1 million.
Acting U.S. Attorney Lisa G. Johnston commended the work of the Huntington Violent Crime and Drug Task Force and the Huntington Police Department for their investigation.
United States District Judge Robert C. Chambers presided over the hearing. Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephanie Taylor is prosecuting the case.
