WEST VIRGINIA (LOOTPRESS) – Two states, West Virginia and Oklahoma, had all their counties vote for Donald Trump in Tuesday’s election.
According to voting data from the Associated Press, all 55 counties in West Virginia and all 77 counties in Oklahoma went for Trump.
This may sound familiar as all counties in the two states went for Trump in 2016 and 2020.
In 2012, both states had all counties go for Republican Mitt Romney.
As of 2024, it has been 16 years since a single county in either West Virginia or Oklahoma has gone for a Democrat.
West Virginia was the second biggest victory for Republicans as Trump garnered 70.1% of the vote just behind Wyoming where Republicans took home 72.3% of the vote.
