HENRICO COUNTY, VA (LOOTPRESS) – A West Virginia resident was killed early Monday morning in a crash on Interstate 295 North in Henrico County, according to Virginia State Police.
The crash occurred around 4:14 a.m. near the exit to Woodman Road.
Police say a Chevrolet Impala traveling north on I-295 veered off the right side of the road and struck a tractor-trailer that was parked on the shoulder.
A passenger in the Impala, identified as Trequan Chandler of West Virginia, died at the scene.
Authorities have not released Chandler’s age.
The crash remains under investigation.
