WILLIAMSON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A threat made via text by a student at Williamson PK8 has been determined not credible, according to Mingo County Schools.
On Thursday, school administrators and law enforcement responded to the situation after the student reportedly targeted specific classmates.
Authorities concluded that there was no real danger, and those threatened are safe.
Parents of the students involved were promptly notified.
