WHEELING, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Colliers woman has been sentenced to more than six years in federal prison for trafficking methamphetamine, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia.
Jennifer Ann Miller, 38, also known as “Jennifer Reagan” and “Jenn,” was sentenced Wednesday to a total of 78 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release.
She pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and to one count of methamphetamine distribution.
Court documents revealed that Miller sold methamphetamine on multiple occasions in 2022.
During a traffic stop on July 12, 2022, authorities found her in possession of approximately 361 grams of the drug.
Despite being released pending trial, Miller continued to sell methamphetamine and was indicted again in June 2024 on four new distribution charges.
She later pled guilty to one of those charges, with the others dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
The Hancock-Brooke-Weirton Drug Task Force, the Ohio Valley Drug Task Force, and the Weirton Police Department investigated the case, all as part of HIDTA-funded efforts to combat regional drug trafficking.
U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey imposed the sentence. Assistant U.S. Attorney Carly Nogay prosecuted the case.
