POINT PLEASANT, WV (LOOTPRESS) — A woman is facing charges after allegedly urinating on a sidewalk in front of a hair salon in downtown Point Pleasant on Tuesday afternoon, drawing attention from witnesses and business owners.
According to a criminal complaint filed by Cpl. J.M. Patterson, the incident occurred on June 10 outside a salon located at 201A 6th Street in Mason County.
Witnesses told police that the suspect, later identified as Jolene Carrie Wills, was first seen digging through cigarette butts outside the business. Moments later, she reportedly pulled down her pants and began urinating on the sidewalk, clearly visible to those inside and around the store.
One witness stated they saw the defendant’s exposed backside, and another provided a photo of the woman following the incident, which led to Wills being positively identified by the responding officer.
