SUTTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A woman was taken into custody on Sunday based on multiple charges, including one in relation to Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Arrest records indicate that, on Sunday, November 26, 2023, a female suspect – identified as Shelby Marie Leonard, born August 29, 1993 – was detained by law enforcement and was subsequently transported to the Central Regional Jail facility to undergo booking and arraignment procedures.
Charges incurred by Leonard as a result of this incident include the traffic-based offense of Driving on a Suspended License, as well as an individual charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance – though the specific nature of the substance in question has yet to be disclosed at the time of writing.
