WHITESVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man has died following an accident Tuesday morning at the Marfork Processing Plant in Whitesville, state officials confirmed.
According to the West Virginia Department of Commerce and Homeland Security, the incident occurred around 10:35 a.m. on Aug. 26.

The West Virginia Office of Miners’ Health, Safety, and Training responded to the scene and has launched a full investigation into the cause of the accident.
No additional details of the incident have been released.
