SYLVESTER, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Sylvester man faces charges in relation to an investigation of the abuse of a child.
According to reports from the Boone County Sheriff’s Department, on Monday, November 7, 2022, deputies with the department conducted an investigation into a potential abuse situation which involved a juvenile.
It has been confirmed that during this investigation deputies place one individual – an adult deemed to have been a party responsible at least in part for the well-being of the child – under arrest in relation to the purported situation.
Bobby Sprouse, 71 years old of Sylvester, was arrested on Monday, November 7, 2022, and faces charges of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian per the Boone County Sheriff’s Department.
