BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) — Matt Mullins & The Bringdowns’ newest album, “Monarch Sessions” is already gaining serious traction with its first two singles.
Both tracks, Big Sky & Appalachian Highway, are available on all streaming music platforms with music videos featured on YouTube and Facebook. This album was recorded, mixed, and mastered at Monarch Entertainment Studios, with owner Robbie Lanham as engineer.
Southern West Virginia musicians, lead guitarist Stuart Hill, drummer Dylan McInturff, bassist Bob Campion, singer/songwriter Matt Mullins, and newest addition Justin Puett on keys, burst with Mountaineer pride wherever they are playing.
The next single to be released called “Homesick” tells the story of Mullins moving to San Francisco but missing his West Virginia home. The single and video is due to drop on all platforms on May 25 at 11:00am. The video will be shot live at the Sunset Pavillion at Adventures on the Gorge on Monday, May 8 from 7-9 pm.
A full schedule of summer and fall show dates will accompany the release of this new collection of 12 songs. Expect surprises at these shows, including Chance McCoy, Grammy Award winning artist, performing as the supporting act in Oak Hill, West Virginia on June 24 at the Lively Family Amphitheater.
Monarch Sessions will be available digitally on all music platforms on June 23. Vinyl copies can be preordered on Matt Mullins and the Bringdowns’ social media pages. CDs will also be available for purchase. Check out facebook.com/bringdowns or bringdowns.com for more info.
