FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – West Virginia State Police are investigating a deadly crash on the Turnpike that claimed the life of a 63-year-old man from North Carolina on Friday.
The incident occurred shortly before noon along Interstate 77 North near mile marker 63 in the Gallagher area.

State Police said debris at the scene indicated a white tractor-trailer was involved, and the driver left the scene.
