BARBOUR COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Barbour County man faces charges in relation to Possession of a Controlled substance following a residential search earlier this month.
According to the Barbour County Sheriff’s Office, on Sunday, March 3, 2024, deputies were providing assistance to the West Virginia State Police on a warrant service on Center Hill Road.
During the service, Deputy Calvin Parks observed drug paraphernalia in the residence and obtained a search warrant.
The execution of the search warrant resulted in the discovery by officers of a total of 8.66 grams of presumed methamphetamine, along with two loaded syringes containing presumed methamphetamine.
Nicholas Ryan Jones of Barbour County has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance based on these findings.
