BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Beckley man has been indicted by a Raleigh County Grand Jury on charges relating to the recording of two minors engaged in sexually explicit acts to video.
Raleigh County Deputies report that, between November 28 and November 29, 2021, James Dean Elmore – 19 years old at the time – intentionally produced video of two female juveniles engaged in sexually explicit activity with one another at his residence in the Beckley area.
The two juvenile females involved in the incident were 14 years old, and 15 years old, respectively, at the time the illicit material was produced.
Elmore was charged with Use of Minor in Filming Sexually Explicit Conduct and was transported to Southern Regional Jail following his arrest. He has since been indicted on these charges.
