Betty Powers, 69, of Princeton, WV, died Thursday December 7, 2023 at home with her loving husband Ray by her side. God got himself another beautiful angel by calling Betty home.

Betty had been a financial analyst for a large shipping firm in Charlotte before her retirement. She loved playing the piano and singing. She had a beautiful voice.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Bourne and Patricia Bourne; one brother, Wayne Bourne.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 47 years, Ray Powers of the home; sister, Debbie Richards and husband Everett of Pearisburg, VA; brother, Jimmy Bourne and wife Janie of Bluefield, VA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would also like to thank her wonderful caregivers, Emma and TJ who she also loved.
