Charlie Jean Conley, 65, of Verdunville, WV, departed this life on June 7, 2021 at her residence.
She was born August 27, 1955 in Holden, WV, the son of the late Charlie “Joco” Flemings and Luna Myrtle St. Clair Flemings.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Sandra Kay, Reba (Albert) Donahue, Nancy “Presh” (Paul) Noe and Pansy Adkins, and one brother, Roy “Buck’ Flemings.
Those left to cherish his memory include her husband of 42 years, Raymond Conley, one son, Brian (Vici) Morris of Duncan Fork; daughter-in-law, Beth (Doug) Cline of McConnell; one granddaughter who was the light of her life, Briana Jean Morris of McConnell; two brothers, Arthur “Bill” Flemings of Verdunville and Harley (Theresa) Flemings of Logan; her best friend, Teresa Dalton; along with a host of family and friends who she loved dearly.
Services will be held at 1:00pm, Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Mud Fork Freewill Baptist Church with Elbert Collins Jr and David McCloud officiating. Burial will follow at the Conley Family Cemetery, Verdunville, WV.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 6:00pm until 10:00pm pm at the church.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Flemings, Zachary Donahue, Eddie Adkins, Jimmy Flemings, Preston Flemings, Tink Flemings, Brian Morris and Justin Collins.
