PRINCETON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Five individuals have been arrested in connection with the theft of more than $10,000 worth of copper fittings from a construction site on Spring Haven Drive in Princeton.
The Princeton Police Department announced that Phillip Sawyer, 43, Hali Sweeney, 32, Brandon Kessler, 37, Jeffery Robinette, 35, and Joshua Miller, 38, all of Princeton, face charges including breaking and entering, larceny, conspiracy, and destruction of property.

Police credited Corporal E.D. Leftwich and Patrolman W.W. McGuire for their investigative work, which led to the recovery of the stolen copper and the identification of those responsible.
Officials also acknowledged Recycle WV for their cooperation during the investigation.
The department said it is still awaiting one additional warrant, and the final arrest will be made once that warrant is received.
The Princeton Police Department recognized the officers for their dedication and teamwork in keeping the community safe.
